Olive Smoked Wood Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Unique flavor with a cross between oak and mesquite, on the medium side of intensity. Great for marinating vegetables, fish, poultry, and meats.

Biancolilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Blood Orange Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

As the Blood Oranges and Tunisian olives ripen, we press them to form this beautiful (agrumato) combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. Use on seafood, chicken, fruit, and salads.

Pairs well with Fig BV, Cranberry Pear BV, and Dark Chocolate BV.

Whole Fruit Lemon Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A very versatile olive olive that is light and refreshing with a robust lemon taste. Perfect for sauté shrimp or scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Can also be used to bake sweets such as cookies, biscotti, cakes, and in granola. Fabulous in marinades, salad dressings, and vegetables.

Pairs well with any of our balsamic vinegars, but some highlights are Cranberry Pear BV, Peach BV, and Raspberry BV.

Baklouti Green Chili Pepper Fused EVOO

Traditional pepper of Tunisia. Wonderful flavor with a lot of heat, but tends to get a little milder with cooking. Great added to couscous or salsas.

Green Limonato Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Young Tunisian Eureka lemons are crushed with the olive to make a bold and pungent lemon-lime flavor. Perfect for seafood and salad dressings.

Persian Lime Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Persian Lime is zesty with a strong fresh citrus flavor. Perfect for fish, chicken, and salad dressings.
