Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • Summer Tomatoes

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Sauté two cloves of garlic with olive oil for a few minutes.

Step 2

Add a mix of summer tomatoes with a few handfuls of basil.

Step 3

Add a mix of summer tomatoes with a few handfuls of basil.

Step 4

Simmer 20 minutes.

Step 5

Add basil olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 6

Blend until smooth.
